About us
Built by two players who wanted more from every session.
Squash Lab started the way most training sessions end: standing on an empty court, wondering whether the last hundred drives actually made us better. We were both competitive players. We both had coaches we trusted. And we both had the same problem. A coach sees your swing for a few hours a week, but the swing is built in all the hours in between.
So we did what players do: we filmed ourselves on our phones. And then we stared at the footage with no idea what we were looking at. The information was in there, racket prep, contact point, follow through. We just couldn't read it. That felt fixable.
We built the first version of Squash Lab for ourselves: point a phone at the court, hit drives, and get back what a coach would tell you. A score for every swing, plain-language notes on what you're crushing and what to work on, and a replay with your body and racket tracked frame by frame. When our own scores started climbing, we knew it wasn't just a toy.
Today Squash Lab is on the App Store, players use it every session, and coaches run whole teams on the dashboard. The idea hasn't changed: objective, coach-quality feedback, every single session, not just the ones your coach can see.
What we believe
Feedback should be honest, specific, and yours. We don't sell data and we don't show ads. Calm, precise, useful. That's the whole brand.
